We are on Landmark 10.1.1 and LSF 10.0.6

You can go into Landmark, then in your search box type in "inbasket" it will give you a link that you can use as a bookmark (it's just a URL) to get your the display shown in my first example. I was not going through Ming.le for that.

      Hi,

My requirement is to pass the approval to next level automatically after 24 hours(excluding final approver, just in case nobody approved prior to final approver). My question is, is there a field or a configuration field that determines how long the approval has been triggered for a certain user action? If yes, how can I make the flow get out of the user action control onto my assign node so that I can retrieve the next approver in my matrix?

      Thanks.

@Doms - The "Time Out" tab on the user action is what you want...connect it to your assign node.

Yep the Time Out is what we used.  However, I needed to account for weekends so am using a variable that calculates the amount of time before it times out.

We have the ProcessAutomationProxy_ST security class assigned to the InbasketUser_STbut when the user clicks on the create Tab under the Task List the Proxy Form does not open. Any ideas why this happening?
