I am trying to find what the business community is doing when it comes to using pgmdump vs. metdump utilities. INFOR has told us that using pgmdump post ESP12 is not recomended. However, we have been using the metadump and metaload utilities for promoting code and it is unreliable at best. Any csv work file fails to capture attributes via metadump utilities. We want to switch back to pgmdump/load but need evidence that it is safe to convince our upline. The main reason for switching from pgmdump and pgmload in the first place was that it fails when moving from ESP12 to a lower ESP and INFOR, when asked, said that "They did not recommend using pgmdump/load post ESP12. We are ESP12 on all environments now and plan to move to ESP13 this year. What is the rest of the INFOR community using? Does pgmdump/load still work post ESP12? I hope someone can give us some advise on what they are using. Thank you.

Just a thought...I don't think most of us really check the business practices section. I know I usually don't. You mught want to post this in the system admin section.

Thank you so much for the move.  I didn't know for sure where to put it.
