PO copy to requestor

Is there a way to automatically send a copy of a PO to the requestor on record? Is that something that can be built in?

This would be in addition to sending out to vendor via EDI, Fax/Email, etc that is already populated on the PO.

You could use Process Automation to send an email with the PO information when it is released. There is a service that Infor supplied that you can tie to the flow that you create. I can't think of the name right now but when I get into work tomorrow I will look it up. The drawback to this is there is no way to tell if there was a problem in the transmission.

The service is called Gen_PurchaseOrd.
