PF Pro HRUserAction node error

What does it mean when I get this error in the PF Activity Log "Multiple RM Ids found for Company: 100, Employee: 123456, identityName: STAGING_EMPLOYEE?

The node is able to find the correct supervisor for the employee having an action according to the log but then I get the above error.

It sounds like you have multiple employees setup with company 100 and employee 123456. You can search for the users that have that combination. In the Lawson security admin tool, select user management and manage identities. Select your employee identity and plug in your values.

Thanks for your help, that did it.  I also had to add them as a PF user to get the flow to continue.

It means that multiple users are assigned to that identity. In order for self-service module identities to work correctly with PF resourcequery, you must have unique assignments. You can query in LS Admin on the identity to figure out who is assigned to it, and remove the wrong ones. This usually happens during setup/testing.
