LCM Installation problem

Hello All,

We trying to setup server for Infor product. 
Every thing is from scratch.

We have started from LCM stepup. I was able to install LCM server properly but now I am facing trouble to install LCM service and I am unable to open webpage using https:LCM_Server_IP_Name:6062.

I am hopeful some one out here will beacon me as we are new to such setup.

Reply will be highly appreciated.
