Report goes into needs recovery - Security Issue

In lawson portal when the user tries to run a report, it errors as 'Unable to open dictionary: Error 0'  'OpenDBView error is File not found (26)'. I understand that it is some security issue for this user. Could anyone please let me know what changes I need to make in laua for this user to enable him run the report.

'OpenDBView error is File not found (26)' sounds to me like it is probably a problem with file system security, not laua security. Look at the ownership & permissions starting with the $LADBDIR/dict directory and the files in it.
