Need a way to customize cycles for New Hire and Open Enrollment

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a way to customize the pay cycles for a process level that shares the same pay plan as another. The Lawson "BN Admin Guide 9.01" only outlines how to maintain web benefit cycle data for those that share a different pay plan.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to what steps I need to take to implement custom cycles for this scenario?
