We are adding some of our affiliates to Lawson for benefits and payroll processing. Each affiliate will have its own process level within our main HR company.

We are struggling with the best way to allow access to only the BN15 plan codes that apply to each affiliate. The process level field does not exist on BN15.

How have other companies handled this?

You will probably have to resort to using rules in Lawson Security (and if you're not using it yet, you will be soon...); you can define an element group based on the benefit code (or employee group if the benefits are tied to employee groups that are unique to each process level).
