benefit contribution rate both percent and flat amt

benefit contribution set up when employee pays both percent of salary and flat amount

Just wondering if this is possible and if anyone can help with the setup.

Hi Jenny,

I'm not sure I understand. Can you provide an example or two that would help me understand how an employee's contribution would be calculated to include both a % and an amount?

Hi Karen,

the following is our calculation for contributions

Employee only = 1.5% of the employee's salary
Employee + dependent = 1.5% salary + $27.41
Employee + family = 1.5% salary + $54.81

I am pretty sure it can't be done unless you use the "Custom Calculation" option on BN18.
