Where can I go to end a flex plan so that BN100 doesn't want to keep trying to add it to an employee's record? I have created all new benefit plans for 2015 that are not tied to this flex plan and they all appear to be working properly, and all employees have an end date of 12/31/2014 for this flex plan, so BN103 does nothing because there is nothing that isn't already ended.

There are no benefit rules set up for it. It won't let me delete it on BN06, I get "cannot delete, flex dollars exist" even though they haven't used this as a real flex plan in years. I appreciate any help. Do you have to live with a FLEX plan forever if it has ever been used even though you no longer want to use it?

Have never heard of that issue before - set up as a full flex plan (as opposed to spending accounts only)? Is there anything on BN08? Did someone mistakenly run a BN145?

Well I guess many years ago they had set up a full flex plan and tied everything to it - but it hasn't been a full flex plan for many years, they just never
created new plans on BN15 to remove those lingering plans from the FLEX plan. For 2015 I created new spending account Flex plans and new plans to replace
everything that was tied to the full FLEX plan. But BN100 still wants to create a new flex plan for 01/01/2015 - I have nothing set up for 1/1/2015 on BN08,
so I'm thinking that it's because there is a 01/01 start Date on BN06 for this plan. It's hard to believe you would have to keep a flex plan for life. I guess I should
log a ticket with Infor to see if there is anything I can do.

I logged a ticket with infor, but in the meantime I created an employee group with no employees in it and changed the employee group on BN06 for that Flex plan to the no employee group and BN100 is no longer trying to enroll anyone into that plan.

We also added a new Health Plan this year and are getting the same messages - haven't used a Flex plan in years and are now getting these same messages when running the bn100.  Driving me crazy

Still haven't heard anything back from INFOR on my issue - so making only the group with no employees in it eligible for the flex plan is probably going to be my fix.

How did you do this?  I changed the employee group in BN06 to one with no employees and I am still getting "Flex plans do not exists for this employee"

I still get the error if is an action that was effective in 2014 but I'm not getting it for actions effective 2015. The last BN08 record started 1/1/2014, and the start date on BN06 is 01/01,
so I think the combo of no BN08 record for 01/01/2015 and the group with no employees eligible on BN06 is what is working. Still working with infor on it they had us update the BN100
but I haven't tested to see if that had any effect yet.

Our last BN08 record is 2011! and we are getting these messages with 2015 action dates.

Guess it is time to contact Infor

None, only the flexible spending accounts

We don;t even know the name of the flex paln (2 had two at one point)

The error shows:

Err Add  FL     XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX                                                            Flex plan does not exist for emp 0000077

We are having our IT guy look to see why the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXs?

We are having the same issue at our organization. Did you find a solution for this?

No, our IT guy got pulled to another project so we are still sifting through hundreds of entries on our BN100

Ok. I'll log an incident with Infor. What I'm noticing is that the Benefit Type "FL" does not exist on the Benefit Plan record (BN15). However, if you look at the Benefit Entry Rules (BN16), the Benefit Type "FL" exists. I don't know if this discrepancy is a bug or not, but I'll report it with Infor and see if there's anything they can tell me. Thanks.

Just wanted to follow-up in case anyone is experiencing this issue. Infor indicated that this is a known issue, and you will need to apply the patch for JT-632757. Thanks.

What versions of Lawson are you all on? I don't run payroll or those jobs anymore, but someone on my team may be and I'd like to follow up with her to see if she has experienced this.

We are currently on version 10.0.3. We recently upgraded to this version a few weeks ago. Prior to the upgrade, we did not experience this issue.

Thanks - we are upgrading form 9 to 10 now. I don't know that this would have been tested and we are in UAT. I'll pass along to my team.
