We pay out a number of bonuses on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.  Has anyone been able to use the PR132 to re-calculate overtime for pay periods that are already paid?  If the bonus is a non-discretionary bonus we need to be able to apply that to overtime over any of the pay periods that the bonus applies to.  Not all of our bonuses are specific to one pay period.

we pay them that way as well. We divide the bonus up by the number of weeks and enter the bonus by week end. The PR132 then creates adjusted OT.

I guess I should mention that we use add ins to load the time records.

When you saw you use add ins to load the time records, you mean the time records for the bonus by week end?

Margie,

Do you have a few minutes we could chat about this in the next week or two? If so, can you message me your email or phone number? Thanks!
