ACA dates for BN954

Hello,

What dates are people using in this report?  Are you using 1-1-2015 thru 12-31-2015?

I believe the hours in the BN954 are pulling the TRDate from the PRTime on the pay codes in the ACA pay class.

I would recommend that you run it for the earliest date you will need to calculate your eligibility for 2015. You will need those hours for the BN149.

I used 1/1/2013 though 12/31/2015.  I went back to 2013 because my criteria for pulling non benefit eligible employees that worked an average of 30 hours per week (look back for 2015) was ....

 

Measurement Period (12 months)
Between #9/22/2013# And #9/20/2014#
Administration Period
60 Days
11/1/2014 - 12/31/2014
Stability Period
1/1/2015 - 12/31/2015
