Negative Deduction for Wellness

Do any of you have a negative benefit deduction for a wellness credit? We have used income codes previously and would like to give back a premium in the way of a negative deduction.  We will be giving employees on the health plan that have a User Field populated with a 'YES' for having met the Wellness requirements and want to drive the benefit enrollment off of that field.

Do you have a benefit plan tied to an add-to-net deduction type...?

We do this using the one time deductions each pay period. It was the only way we could get the value to display the way wanted (separately and with deductions and not pay). Unfortunately we need to load each time.
