I have a request to create a SmartNote that will list APUsers who cancel a PO; hoping someone can point me at the tables / flags I could base a T-SQL query off of or even better has a query.

We don't use Smart Notes but I can't help but ask why an AP user would have security access to the PO system to be able to do this. Can they also create POs?
