BN106 - HD03 VALUE

Can anyone tell me where the HD03 field gets populated from, when running BN106 to generate an ANSII834 file?

 

We created a new plan in BN15 and moved a group of people to it. When we look at the BN106 output file, field #3 in the HD segment is empty, but only for these people that were moved into the new plan. However, in reviewing the BN15 setup for the new plan, it appears to be configured identically to the other plans, whose records are populating the HD03 with the expected value of "HLT".

I believe it's from the HIPAA button on BN15 - it goes to BN15.2 and then it is in the Insurance Line dropdown

Thank you Mary. Yes, that is definitely where it's coming from. Once modified and I re-run the BN106, it is populated as expected. Thanks for your help!
