We need to refund a pretax deduction for a prior year and then have the system create a corrected W-2.
Does anyone have a procedure you can share with me?

Margie, what did you guys get figured out? Our payroll manager left unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago. We don't have adequate backup. We withheld more HSA than allowed by law so employee is asking us to correct. Any ideas?
