We are trying to get start and want to plan the process, the decision, the If/Then.

We have been told that we cannot set this up with out consultants but we want to have the plan outlined if we do have to use consultants to expedite and capitalize on the consultant time better.

We are thinking of starting with W-2 changes, Direct Deposit set up and changes, and from the HR perspective Term Life Benefit (supplement purchase, dependent life purchase).

Oh, I misunderstood. You are looking for planning scripts, implementation scripts, etc. I thought you were asking if anyone had any shell scripts/batch programs written to accommodate the already implemented ESS. I'm afraid I'm a system administrator who won't be able to help with the planning/implementation scripts. Sorry.

Good luck, though. ESS has been VERY beneficial for us as an organization. Customizing the code to change verbiage, etc really has become quite difficult in the newer version, but that is for another thread.
