PR13 - Replacement % or Flat Amt for Taxes

Why does PR13 Tax update screen allow an employer to select replacement percent or flat amount for Federal and State taxes? My payroll information indicates that Flat Dollar amount or percentage is not allowed.

Not sure where you're located, but some states DO allow it, as does the federal government. However, since it's really BSI that maintains the individual nuances, I believe Lawson chooses to allow it all on PR13, and BSI will provide the message when its not.

Does the replacemet % or flat amount for taxes work for "bonus" checks?
