I am looking for a flow document for the screens time entry goes through. We are working on implementing self service time entry and we don't know the process after the employee enters time on ESS. We know it goes to supervisor for approval but don't know what screens this information sits on and how it eventual gets into Payroll for processing.

Also, we are looking to create a system for a second approver. If the supervisor is on leave and does not approve time for employees we need it to go to the second level for approval. We are looking at using process flows to do this. Has anyone set up something like this?

Thanks!

If you want to load time from a third party application I think the program you are looking for is PR530.

We are not using a 3rd party we plan to only use lawson employee/manager self service for our time entry.

To pull in the time cards it depends on if you are using exception time or standard time. We give everyone in our company standard hours by running the PR134, and then we run the PR128 to create any offset records for time they actually take off since we start with the premise they work 80 hours. HS535 is what brings in the records from EMSS, and then PR530 actually puts them into Lawson for payroll to run. Hope that helps.
