Can a Crystal Report be linked to a smart notification?

Newbie question - Does anyone know how to link to a crystal report from a smartnotification?

Yes, easiest way is to create a link in a dashboard to the report you want,copy the URL that is created and use that as a URL class link in step 3 of the infoset.

Thx - Will I be able to pass a parameter to the Crystal Report via that URL?

Yes, you can use all the URL parameters detailed in the RS user guide and with smartnotes you can even crete dynamic links based off the data in your Notifications.

I cannot find any good examples to follow in the guide. Would you happen to have any you can share?

I was able to add the crystal report link in the Infoset. But I want the crystal report to open in a new window and not in the same module. Does anyone know if this is possible?
