upgrading from 3.2 to 9

Do all existing smart notes with their infosets migrate in the upgrade? From what I read in the docs they do - I just need someone to verify that this is so. Thanks

Yes you can migrate from these 2 versions. However, you will need to have a close look to:
- device types after migration, they sometimes get reset and a notification to a device with no type would not be delivered
- bursting configuration (if any).

Does anyone know if 3.1 also migrates to 9.1. Is this a manual process or are there conversion programs to move the infosets and notifications?
