PA02 Mapping File Error

Does anyone have the mapping for PA02,

I want to change Only Pay Grades for all Positions with new effective date,

When i am uploading this with Add action or change action , i am receving "Field is required" message.

i am supplying Company,Position,new Effective date,"Update Employees flag" with  New pay Grade and with Hidden key.

anyone have solution for this issue ?

Appreciate  your help.

Check what you have flagged as required on HR10.2 - sounds like you need more fields on your upload

Can you use Query Wizard to query a record you'd like to change on PA02?

The results of the query will show you all the fields that are populated on PA02. You can then use the results of the query to map your upload.

Here I am, three years later, with the same question and same error message when attempting to upload additions to existing positions in PA02! 

Stephanie ... Am I understanding correctly that all of the "required" fields in Position must be included in the upload spreadsheet/query wizard script?

Hi Jeanne - if you're "adding" a record so there's a new date on PA02, yes, that is correct. Even if HR10.2 is flagged to default, if it's also required, you'll need it on your file.
