Hi,
Can anyone please confirm me how to get list of all the process level in a Process group. Currently I am working for a company with many clients having different process level. We have set up such clients with Process Group. Now I want to know all the existing Process Group with their respective Process Level. Please confirm. Thank you for the feedback.

Table PRPROCGRP (HR) has Company, Process-Level, and Proc-Group. There is a condition called PROC-LEV that eliminates records without a Process Level.
This will let you see all the process levels that are associated with processing groups and their associated group.
Is this what you are looking for?

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for the reply. But I am not sure how to use table PRPROCGRP (HR). Is there any screen is Lawson or any report is required to be run for that where as a parameter PRO-LEV needs to be selected. Please confirm.

hr08 will show you the process levels associated in a process group. Or run hr208

Thanks Stephanie. My company is having more than 500 Process Group, and if I run HR208 for each Process Group it will consume more time. Is there any easy way for it. Any query through Add In which can be run.

You don't need to run the hr208 for each process group, you can leave that field blank. Or use the addins to query as Kelly offered.

The addins don't come pre-loaded with queries - you need to create your own, and save the ones you use regularly.

Hi upasana,
In re-reading my earlier post, I realized that I didn't really mention Add-Ins directly, but that is what I was thinking - as Stephanie noted.
I think there are only three fields in that table (Company, Process Level, Processing Group), so the Add-Ins query is really, really simple to build. If you select those three fields, and then select the "PROC-LEV" condition, you'll get a list of all the Process Levels and their associated Processing Groups.
Good Luck.
