I'm a complete newcomer to Lawson HCM, having just crossed over from PeopleSoft HCM, and trying to assess whether Lawson can be customised to produce a foreign language version, specifically Arabic.
Whilst I'm interested in a solid long term solution, I would also be interested in (possibly less efficient) temporary "quick fix" solutions (e.g. using a wrapper of some sort), as a proof of concept.
Key requirements are:
- the ability to display Arabic text on the screen
- the ability to enter Arabic text - from right to left.
- the ability to store & retrieve data in Arabic from the underlying database
- solution would need to handle drill arounds, links, icons, menus etc
Its a big ask, but thought I'd throw it out there....
