Mass Print PO's

Hello - We have a need to print 88 previously released PO's in rather short order.  I built an addin to change the issue method to P, Form 2, Orientation L, Revisions Include I.  I can only get the Issue Method & Rev Include to update; the Form & Orientation fields stay blank.  Any ideas?

Also I was going to build a 2nd addin to Issue Final so they will print.  Is this possible, or is PO120 the way to go?  Or maybe just 1 addin necessary?

I don't believe there is any way to Issue Final from an add-in. Add-Ins only Add, Change, Delete. You can release by uploading FC R and Change to PO22.1 but I don't know of a similar screen for Issue.

PO120 is the only method I know of.

Hi Kat - I tried PO120 with the vendor on the Selection tab, then completed the fields under Documents/Paper. Only got about 10 PO's. Under Form Help it mentions that the program selects PO's that have not been issued, or have unissued revisions. I wanted all issued PO's, revised or not. Is this possible via PO120?

For the POs that did not print I would use Addins to change the PO Issue Method flag to P and Revisions Include flag to I. Then use Addins to release the POs in PO22. Then PO120 should pick them up.
