From the Lawson press release:
"If granted a stay, Lawson may continue to service and support all of its procurement products used with Requisitions Self-Service (RSS). In January 2011, the jury found in favor of ePlus related to Lawson's S3 procurement system used with RSS. The core Lawson S3 procurement system (including Requisition, Purchase Order, and Inventory Control modules) was found not to infringe.
On May 18, 2011, Lawson released its new Requisition Center product, which replaces RSS. Lawson is making Requisition Center available to all RSS customers free of charge and plans to help customers make the transition to Requisition Center."

Does the fact that the lawsuit is trying to shut down Lawson's Procurement mean that MSCM is by association included as well?
It doesn't specifically say anything about MSCM but it talks to the Procurement suite and as far as I know is no good without it.
Anyone have an opinion?

I recently saw a diagram that showed all the different firms in software/technology that are sueing each other. It was a huge chart. Seemed like most of the majors had some lawsuit pending.
Here is a cool one in the mobile industry.

It is unfortunately the way of the world. Most of the patents should never be issued in the first place, as they are too broad. Perhaps I should patent the way I tie my shoes?=

Sorry John - I already have that patent. And if you continue to use it, I'll sue your pants off (along with your shoes)
