Cost not populating from Template

I have an item that populates to the Shopping Cart in RQC fine when ordered via Express Order, however, I have a user that is trying to order it from a Template. When she selects the item and adds it to her shopping cart, it will not pull the pricing and produces an error.

Other items on that same template pull the pricing in when selected. Seems to just be a problem with this particular one.

Anyone ever seen that happen before?

Is the From Location on the template line different from the user's default From Location (on the req header)?

Also, check the from location for the item, make sure that is correct.

I have seen that happen when the item is not on a contract and is new to the ship-to location. Not sure if that is the issue, since your express ordering seems to be working, though.

My thought is this

The item has a cost history for IC Location A or is tied to an agreement with IC Location A as a participant. The user's Requesting Location is also tied to IC Location A. But on the template line, this item is pointing to IC Location B which has no last cost and is not a participant on the agreement.
