We are using MSCM and we have requesting locations that were automatically brought in from Lawson that are not necessarily the deliver to location. How do you handle this situation  when using RAD and HH's for delivery? We are using Honeywell 99ex's(formerly Dolphin) with wifi and cell data access.  Do you create separate deliver to locations just in MSCM?  Any help is appreciated

If the problem is that a requisition was entered for a certain requesting location but the deliver to info is directing the delivery to another location that is not setup as a requesting location. Then, yes, you could add a new deliver-to location in MSCM and that can be selected as an alternate location when doing delivery.

Stephanie, thanks that is what we encounter is that our requesting location is not always the delivery location. For example one of our requesters orders computers for our teachers, our teachers are spread out across the county in different school districts which of course is the delivery location but not the requesting location. Our distribution center wants to use delivery on our HH's but this has been a sticking point, plus network access in these other school district buildings. If we would deliver in this configuration does package tracking and delivery tracking still get recorded with the deliver to locations?

Would this work with multiple deliver to locations on a PO?

Yes, the package tracking and delivery tracking does get recorded.  It shows the requesting location as the deliver-to at the header and the alternate selected deliver-to location in the delivery confirmation step.   In my attached example, the requesting location is 9810 and my alternate deliver-to location, that was added directly in MSCM, is T1234.
