Anybody out there using RAD with MSCM where their HH's do not have access all the time to the server due to bad or no cell  service during delivery? How do you handle this within MSCM?

We've had this issue in the past.  We just educated the users on where the access points were and the locations where good signal was within the building.  Users can still scan and operate within the application.  Once their work is complete they go back to where there's good signal and upload.

Same here - the users have to download their pars or deliveries in a zone and they must return to a zone to send - but the actual function can occur outside the network range.

Our issue is we deliver to different school buildings throughout St. Louis County and these buildings are not part of our network they belong to other school districts and we do not control or have access to their networks. We have cell data on our HH's but there are plenty of locations where they lose signal. I am thinking we could put hotspots in our trucks, they could login in the truck bring up delivery, scan packages and then deliver into building, get signatures, return to truck and then send once they have a signal?

Yes - that would work. Otherwise, they would have to wait until they came all the way back to the warehouse to pickup their next delivery - and then send the ones they stored.
