Forgive me I am a little new to the Lawson application but have an issue I would like to see if I can get help with.

LSF9 setup with SSOP and it seems that the RMIds on these users are being set as lowercase. After sometime since implmentation we see that a duplicate RMID is being placed in the user security but is of mixed case matching exactly what is in our Active Directory sAMAccountName attribute. This results in the user security having two RMIDs one is the username in lowercase (ie. fmlastname) and the seconbd being the username in mixed case (ie. FMLastname)

My question is could someone shed some light on how the initial RMID is entered into the record and how the sAMAccountName may be getting added to the record in additon.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you manually creating user accounts for your Lawson users or are you using some sort of automated process?

Thanks for the reply...

The user accounts are being entered by HR staff during the new higher process.

It seems to me that you have some sort of automated process creating the Lawson accounts as well.
