Portal timeout error one user

I have one user in Finance who when the 15 minute timeout occurs in Portal she is getting an error instead of the login box.

Message:unexpected quantifier
Description: Unexpected Qualifier

I opened a ticket with support who told me there was a patch for this, however it was for 9.1.0.8 and we are 9.1.0.9. None of my other users experience this issue. If this user goes to a different PC and logs in she gets the timeout fine. Any idea what can be causing this issue on her PC?

I fixed this--when I remote controlled the user's PC I found she had installed google chrome as well as a cable company tool bar. I uninstalled and put IE back to default toolbar and things work normally now.
