Double submission of jobs

We are a unix 5.3 /lsf 9.0.1.8 msp6.
Intermittently we have jobs that will get submitted twice.

There is no common dominator that we can identify - Meaning custom job or lawson job.

It was suggested to run bldibmddl - URI GEN Recurjob
 bldibmddl - URI GEN QUEUED JOB
and jobinteg -d.

If these are ran daily we are not having an issue.

if we don't it will happen that a job get submitted twice.

THere does not seem to be a load issue, nor a scheduledling issue.

Could it be a process somewhere?
