LDAP instance restart

I am trying to fix and issue with system response time in the portal and LID. Lawson support is telling me to Bounce LDAP, Websphere and Lawson. What is Bounce? Is this the same as Restart? Where can I find out what LDAP I am using? Would that be the ADAM service? Something like ADAM_lsf9-389?

Brett, Yes bounces in the same as restart. The service would very likely be named something like what you have listed. Lawson installed the Windows one here, and it is named lsftest-389. Sounds similar enough to me.

You might as well do a full restart of the server if they want you to restart Lawson + ldap + websphere.
