I know that there are a lot of people out there who have vented their frustration about the new KB. I have done so on other forums so there isn't much sense in doing it here. What I am looking for seems like it should be elementary. In a CASE ticket I was told to download the latest ESP for our 9.0.1 environment. I have waded through correction after correction after correction on the new KB.

Where do I find the [expletive] ESP download???

I'm sure I'm missing something easy and I'll smack myself in the forehead and say "duh" when I'm told how.

Thanks in advance,

Craig

It is under "Product & Services" > "Download Products" > "View my products"

Erm... If so then I must be either blind or stupid.

I spent an hour looking under every product we have. In my defense, I have never applied an ESP as a standalone patch. We have always applied updates as major-release service packs and try to avoid CTPs and JTs if at all possible.

The KB search is worthless as all ESP references point you to the (now non-existent) technology patch search.

In your defense, I totally agree. The search link doesn't work--so get rid of it. I'm always in favor of progress, but in this case the old way was better.
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

Here's another possibility: Lawson hasn't unlocked the ESP link for your site. You'll have to contact your service rep to initiate that process.

I hope that going through our account manager isn't the case because our maintenance window is coming up really soon :-(

I have passed that comment off to our Lawson PS folks to look into tho.
