Deletion of AR customers - Audit

Can you permanently delete customer accounts in Lawson? If so, is there a way to see what accounts have been deleted and by who?

Yes, customers can be deleted, depending on date of most recent activity compared to the "delete months" setting on AR01.  In other words, if "delete months" is set to 12, you can't delete a customer with activity in the past year. 

You can set the customer group to track customer changes (which includes deletes); they are written into table ARAUDIT, and can be reported via AR285.

Thanks for your answer. That is exactly what I needed to know. However, I am unable to find any of those (table ARAUDIT or report AR285). We have Version 7.3.3.0.

Sorry, those (ARAUDIT & AR285) are new in 8.1 applications.

Ok, thank you. Is there a way of getting information on deleted customers in version 7.3.3.0? I can see the table called ARITEMAUD, but I can't seem to get much useful information out of it.
