I know you get at the alternate rates using a button on hr11 to go to hr14. If I need to alter rates in a flow, how do I format the ags? To call hr14?

Tommy,
Do you need to add rates on the alt rates tab or change existing? The reason I ask is that I have an Add-Ins spreadsheet that can ADD but I had difficulty making it work to CHANGE existing rates. If you just want to add you could use the spreadsheet to see what fields were used...
This has the HR14 form for Adding on HR14:

If you want to CHANGE i am not sure what fields you need but I am sure there is a hidden field that could be found using Ctrl+Shift+A in portal to see how the page is created when you change someone's information.... or is it Ctrl+Alt+A - I can never remember if it is shift or alt.

I need to change existing rates via a process flow, never to add or delete a field.

This works to change on the ALT RATES (HR14) ** I did not test if the rates go to page two **
_PDL=TEST&_TKN=HR14.1&_EVT=CHG&_RTN=DATA&_LFN=ALL&_TDS=IGNORE&FC=C&LINE-FCr0=C&PRR-PAY-RATEr0=***&PRR-EFFECT-DATEr0=yyyymmdd&PRR-PAY-CODEr0=****&_HK=cccceeeeeeeee&PRR-SEQ-NBRr0=***&PRR-EMPLOYEE=***&PRR-COMPANY=***&_DELIM=%09&_OUT=XML&_EOT=TRUE
Sequence Number:
You will need to query the rates to get the sequence number of the record you want to change...
Hidden Key:
cccc = company number filled to 4 places (pad with zeros)
eeeeeeeee = employee number filled to 9 places (pad with zeros)
Add any other fields you need:
PRR-JOB-CODEr0
PRR-CURRENCY-CODEr0
PRR-END-DATEr0
PRR-POSITIONr0
PRR-DEPARTMENTr0
PRR-PROCESS-LEVELr0

How would make the AGS node to update the SEQ_NBR you query from the PRRATE table only.

Hi, Would you know what Lawson table we can reference to pull alt-rate that was paid out for the employee?
