As an auditor, I am trying to understand how AP10.8 can be used, and how it is accessed. I am seeing that our users cannot access it directly, so I am curious how it is used, and whether the access is related to that of the AP16 screens.

Lawson has children and sub-forms. I don't recall which one is which but the difference is that for one, you can transfer directly - ex: AP10.2 and for the other, you must access it from the parent form - AP10.1
I am in Supply Chain, so I do not know AP10.8 or AP16 - but just from the screen id being AP10.8 - I'd suggest that you are looking for a button on AP10.1 or AP10.2 that opens the AP10.8
All access to it would be controlled by whichever security class controls your AP10.1.

AP19 and AP58 have a "Cross Border" button that will take the user to AP10.8. So as Kat indicates, there will be a lot of security that would need to be set up to access it.
