LBP performance is really slow

We have 8 cores and 48 gigs of RAM and when we have 1 user testing LBP by pulling a plan, the server spikes to 99% CPU and takes 30 mins to open the plan. Anybody have similar issues? Thanks,Steve

What version of WebSphere are you running? Have you increased the JVM memory/heap size settings?

Hi John,
Our version of WebSphere is 7.0.0.27 ans the heap size setting for LBP in Websphere is:
Min: 4096 MB
Max: 12288 MB
