Invalid Request - I do not know that this came from a trustable source

    When the users log into LBP, they get the error:

    Invalid Request!
    Error Number: 1234
    Error Level: 1
    Details: I do not know that this came from a trustable source.

    Does anyone know what this message means and how to correct the problem?

    The users are set up in Lawson Security.

      That means that the "cross-domain" access is not set up correctly.
      Need to verify that the domain variable is set up in servenv.js in *each* /portal directory.
      Basically, this allows the servers to talk to each other for SSO purposes, as long as they are in the same domain.

        Does this apply even if myself and several other users can log in but not the new users were are setting up?

          Also could be that the domain was not specified in the URL. When is the error occurring--is it a bookmark? Or a direct login to BPM?

            I don't know about BPM, but I have seen the same error message with MSCM.  In that case the resolution was to update the URL in a bookmark.

              Sovled. Indeed, the URL the users were using was not correct.
