    We just completed our upgrade from LBI 9031 to LBI 904. After the upgrade I am testing my application links from the emails generated by smart notes.

     

    For some reason these links are not working. It is not recognizing the LBI service even when the service is present. Anybody come across this?

      What is the error you are getting or does it just not do anything?

        Thanks Mark for replying. I just worked with GSC and I found out what my error was. The service id defnition on framework services should be used to link the form on the smart note as opposed to the service id on the system stetings page on LBI is what I learnt.
