Websphere 7 upgrade

    We are preparing to upgrade from Websphere 6.1 to Websphere 7.0 and are
    looking for tips, tricks, best practices or any other documentation. Thank you.

      If you haven't already done this, I've found that an 'upgrade' is much more difficult and complex than a fresh install.
      We changed from 2003 Servers to 2008R2 servers at the same time as we upgraded Websphere, so it made it easier.
      One thing with 2008R2 though, you would find better results if you went to find the WAS setup program, right-clicked and say 'Run as Administrator'.
