How can users look at the RAD delivery tracking info for packages that are not requition or PO ? I dont really want to take up licenses in RAD with adding all the possible users to there to view via RAD delivery- tracking. But I dont think you will see any of the info anywhere in S3 because these packages are not initiated from that system. Any advice ?

I suppose you could create a generic user in MSCM/RAD.. and just give that out to whomever needs it. I'd think you could just put that in as their requester identity if they also use Lawson. You'd lose the ability to individualize with those user though..

When we first went live with MSCM, we had planned to have the delivery tracking available for everyone to see. Then we got the bad news about licenses. We restrict access to tracking and the other webband lookups to a few key people who can actually understand what they are looking at.
Departments contact us when they need more information and we look it up for them. We decided that it wasn't worth the expense to roll it out to a ton of users who A) wouldn't use it and B) wouldn't understand what they were seeing.
We honestly don't have that many people call that need tracking - definitely not enough to justify the added expense. We've been live for 2 years now, for what that's worth.
