This item is no longer being purchased/used. I was able to use IC24.2 to add 20 of the 21 items on hand, but there is one that is allocated.

Is there a way to unallocated items so that I can get the QOH to zero?

      Hey Bev!

You can choose to deallocate items on WH110 (Batch Allocation). Under the Filter tab there is an option for a specific item number. You can also go to WH20 and can sometimes change the allocation directly there as well.

If the allocated qty has been printed (processed via WH130) you can just kill it in WH32. Otherwise use WH110 and the qty will be put in backorder status and then you can cancel the backorder in WH25. We've had issues with orphaned allocations where we'll have a qty on allocation but no demand tied to it. In those cases we've had to use a quickpaint screen to edit out the allocation.

fyi... in place of WH110 in Jon's post, you can also use WH20.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I couldn't unallocated the item in WH20. Perhaps I was doing something incorrectly.

As for WH110, WH130 and WH32, I don't have access to those forms, but have requested it.

If the solutions already provided do not work, open an incident with Infor Concierge and they can provide you with a WH99 quick paint screen that can deallocate.

Depends on where it is - if you can see it on WH20.1 change the qty field to 0 and hit change - that will send it to WH25.1 where you can cancel the backorder.
Wh25.1 is where you look if it's also showing as a backorder. FC: L for cancel there to close the req line with it.
If they aren't there - look at RQ44.2 for the req line and get the shipment number - when it's WH32 to try and void it.

I would call Infor before I used IC99 because getting rid of it on the drill around on IC12 will not stop it from looking very weird on IC44 and also if you don't deal with item loc, item detail and req line - it may just come back from the dead when you upgrade/try to do something with the item that makes it look again.
