Good Morning Everyone!  I hope this is a simple question...

I am looking for a report that shows requisitions within a time frame, requesting location and name, item and the quantitiy requested and the quantity shipped.  I can see this information on RQ44.2, but I don't know how to get the data out of Lawson.  Is there a report that can pull this information from RQ44.2, and export to excel so I can build my reports.

    Thank you all!

Try the RQ240 report. Once run, you should be able to push out a CSV version that you can open in Excel.

This is a good idea, but RQ240 shows a summary of the requesting location. I need a report that shows individual lines on requisitions, similar to IC220's excel output.

        I appreciate the help!

You do have the option to pull the data from the tables directly using a SQL query or MS Add-Ins.

I'm sorry... I do not. I am a regular user... not in IT, or any IS roles.

I don't think there's a single report that will get you all the detail. RQ260 can show you req line history (req#, req loc, item#, qty ordered,) but to get what was actually issued/shipped from the storeroom you can run IC220. Export both to csv and use vlookup to marry the data on the document and item columns.
