We currently run our IC234 at midnight of Month End and it was pointed out to me by one of our Supply Chain Directors that there are items that are inactive showing up with ITL-SOH value.  In researching I found this true and cannot find anywhere an actual SOH Value and some of these items have been inactive for quite some time.  Has anyone else run into this issue or know where the report may be pulling these values from?  Thank you.

As it is possible to inactivate an item when it still has Stock on Hand, I've only ever seen it on the IC234 when there's actually SOH on the IC44 though. If you're saying IC44 shows 0 SOH but IC234 shows quantities - that's a bug that would have to be resolved with Infor. When you run IC46 and include inactives - does the total match IC234?

Thank you very much I believe it is a bug as well and will work with Infor. I just wanted to double check that this wasn't something that was normal with this report.

Infor got back to me with the below information if anyone else has the same issue. Inactive items that have RA as the last transaction are still showing up in IC234 with the value that was Receipt Adjusted even though there is zero SOH. This KB worked for me in test however I have found there are additional types of transactions that are still showing up that the KB did not fix so I am submitting that information back to Infor. In researching older IC234 files I have found items back in 2017 that had this occur as well.

The fix just came out 2 weeks ago. It is for JR-5161360
