LSF9 - deactivate user accounts?

    what info is necessary to keep regarding users that are inactivated if you are going to remove them completely?

    I'm going to create a table that houses some info for these BEFORE I hit the big bad delete button, but from an auditing standpoint, I'm not sure what is needed.
