IC209 - Hazard Code Listing

**Form Purpose
Run Hazard Code Listing (IC209) to print a list of hazard codes set up for an
item group in IC09.1 (Hazard Codes). Hazard codes are assigned to potentially
dangerous items in the Item Master file. Hazard codes and their descriptions
print on receiving documents in the Purchase Order application.
