changed. Information is stored here when you changed a level and process the
change by running GL120 (Level Reorganization).

Element: Description Currently unused. This field contains
the description. When implemented, this
feature will allow posting accounting
units to be automatically created by
loading them into this file with a zero
old levels and a description. See also
the ACCTS-FROM-AU field.
GLA-ACCTS-FROM-AU Alpha 15
Element: Accounting UniThis field allows an Accounting Unit to
be loaded into this field when creating
Accounting Units in a batch mode. The
accounts in this Accounting Unit will be
copied to the new accounting unit. This
field will be optional.
GLA-OBJ-ID Numeric 12 GL20.1 GL24.1
Object This is the object identifier. It is
Identification used to relate commitments or posted
transactions back to the originating
subsystems. Each subsystem record that
is updated as a commitment or posted
transaction is assigned an object
identifier. The object identifier is
maintained in the subsystem files and in
the Activity Commitments Detail and
Activity Transaction files. The object
identifier is a unique key used to drill
back from Activity Management to the
subsystems.
