Element: Posting Flag This field indicates whether the posting
flag is Posting (P) or Summary (S).
Posting accounting units must have a
chart of accounts associated with them.
P = Posting
S = Summary

Element: Status This field indicates whether the
accounting unit is Active (A) or
Inactive (I). If Inactive, no posting
can be done to the accounting unit.
A = Active
I = Inactive

chart of accounts associated with the
accounting unit.

1 = Balance sheet
2 = Income statement
