PA72.1 - Preliminary Position Budget
Use Preliminary Position Budget (PA72.1) to create a budget by position
during the budget planning period.
You can create a comma-separated value (CSV) file that holds your budget
data and export data into a spreadsheet where you can perform your budget
calculations. For more information about exporting budget data, see the
Personnel
Administration User Guide.
**Processing Effect
PA72.1 displays only preliminary budget records, which are records with
an effective date later than the budget approved through date defined in
PA06.1
(Position Rules).
The system ensures that the budget data you enter meets any limits you
defined in PA06.1.
